The project takes advantage of great viewpoint of Izmir as it is located on a highly inclined area. Units facing the existing road takes reference from the urban texture of the neighborhing parcels while acting as a buffer for the rest of the project area. Single units are orianted to face the view on several levels while providing a pedestrian pathway leading to the common areas.

EVKA İzmir has different types of villa units, which have independent gardens and open spaces to use. None of the units are blocking each others view since they are staired to accomodate the sloped area. Thus making the units experience the beautiful vista of Bornova from different angles.
